What data we process and why
Correspondence. When you email us, we process your email address, name, company name and any other details you include. We use them to reply and to conduct business discussions, on the basis of steps taken before entering into a contract or its performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or our legitimate interest in business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for the duration of the correspondence and cooperation, and afterwards until limitation periods for claims and statutory record-keeping periods expire.
Server logs. Each visit is recorded in the server log: IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information. We use this data only to keep the website secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and keep it for a limited time.
Website protection. The website is delivered through the Cloudflare network (Cloudflare, Inc.), which protects it from attacks and speeds up loading. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical request data on our behalf. This may involve a transfer to the United States under the GDPR, in particular on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Who receives the data
Only the service providers we use to run the website and email: OVHcloud (server), Cloudflare (protection and delivery) and our email provider. They process the data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing.
Cookies
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising and we do not run analytics tools. Cloudflare may set technical cookies that are necessary to protect the website from automated traffic.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we process data in connection with a contract, you may also request data portability. You can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but we cannot reply without an email address. We do not make automated decisions or use profiling.
